We stand behind our components. If you receive a defective or incorrectly shipped item, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Parts must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. No returns will be accepted for parts showing signs of installation attempts, machining marks, or handling beyond inspection.

No restocking fee applies for verified defective items. For returns due to customer error (wrong part ordered, change of mind), a 15% restocking fee applies. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on opened or damaged packaging unless the part itself is defective upon arrival.

To start a return, email glockswitchforsale.comsupport@glockswitchesforsale.com with your order number and reason. We will issue a Return Authorization Number and shipping address. Do not send anything without this RA number. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
